If China does not deal quickly with social imbalances, at some points it wil have to face further more dramatic unrest, most likely from ethnic minorities or paesants, that still live on a dollar a day.Infrastractures such as the big dam on the Three Gorges have certainly increased the risk for natural calamities. History repeats itself and China will not be different from any other case of the past. http://www.finanze.net/news-Tibet_earthquake_to_foster_social_reforms-1592.html Sun, 18 May 2008 00:00:00 GMT
