British Pound, grossly undervalued against Euro
| As UK Chancellor has stated this week, UK might be in for a quarter or two of negative growth, but so far, despite high readings in inflation, real yields are still higher than those of any other developed economy. On top, Bank of England is more inclined to realism than ECB, that has already experienced negative growth for the second quarter in its region. At this level, and given a likely start of an historical trend of appreciation for Us Dollar, UK Pound is a screaming buy against Euro.As usual the market will probably take time to assess the situation, but when it eventually will come to terms with reality , UK Pound could rise sharply. |
