Spanish Banks Stress Test. Will Anyone Believe Results?
| The government badly needs to come out with reduced capital requirements to reallocate resources to the public sector, will the combination of rethoric for the presentation of Finance Bill by Rajoy and a likely "reassuring" outcome of a not so stressfull stress-test succeed in convincing investors? Probably yes, for a short period of time. Can-kicking works sometimes for the markets, but always plays against real economy. |
